Haven't done one of these in along, long time. I have lots more followers now, so here I go!

My name is Elizabeth Hodges. I also go by Hodgesgal.

I am the wife to this gorgeous man!
We met 10 years ago and recently celebrated 9 years of marriage.

I am the mother to 4 boys, yes,  ALL BOYS!
They are 22, 17, 8, and 4.

I am the only PINK in a world of BLUE.

I taught elementary for 17 years. I have taught Kindergarten, 1st grade,  and been a Math Interventionist for 2nd-5th. Three years ago, my career took a drastic change.
I entered the world of MIDDLE SCHOOL MATH! It was supposed to  be for one year only.
I am starting my 4th year!

IF YOU WEREN'T A TEACHER, WHAT WOULD YOU WANT TO BE?
Seriously, I don't even know. I didn't start out an education major in college. It was
"general studies" because I had no idea what I wanted to do.

THREE LITTLE WORDS THAT DESCRIBE YOU.

Tall. Loud. Crazy.

FINISH THE SENTENCE, "________,  SAID NO TEACHER EVER!!"

"I look forward to (any type) of duty...said no teacher EVER!!"

Q: IT'S YOUR BIRTHDAY AND YOU CAN INVITE ANYONE {DEAD OR ALIVE} TO THE PARTY. WHO ARE YOU INVITING?

Mark Wahlberg
Sure, he can bring the Funky Bunch too.

Q: IF SOMEONE WROTE A BOOK ABOUT YOUR LIFE, WHAT WOULD BE THE TITLE?

Twist and Turns

I always thought I would teach Kindergarten forever, and in my home town.
HA! That has not happened and I can honestly say,
I am glad my life took the "twist and turns" it has.

Q:YOU GET TO PICK ONE SUPERPOWER. WHAT IS IT?

I think flying. I hate driving any where and this would get me places faster.

Q: WHAT'S YOUR FAVORITE QUOTE OR SAYING?

"The grass is not greener on the other side. It's greener where you water it"

Q: IF YOU HAD TO SING ONE SONG ON AMERICAN IDOL, WHAT WOULD IT BE?

"Let it Go"
I know, so cliche right now, but true.
The older I get, the more I feel that way.

Q: ARE YOU A MORNING PERSON OR A NIGHT OWL?

I am writing this at 1:20 a.m, but it's still summer.  I will be in bed by 9pm nightly in a few weeks. I don't like mornings though, so maybe I am neither.

Q: WHAT'S YOUR FAVORITE RESOURCE THAT YOU'VE CREATED IN YOUR TPT SHOP?

 Definitely, TASK CARDS and FOLDABLE
I love both!

I use a gazillion task cards in my room in various ways. I make some, I buy a lot!
Same for foldables. Love them!!!

Q: SHARE SOMETHING WE MIGHT NOT KNOW ABOUT YOU!

20 years ago, yep, TWENTY!!! My first job was teaching Kindergarten at the school where I attended Kindergarten. Due to the military, I didn't finish Kinder at that school or 1st and 2nd. I did return for 3rd-5th. I taught with teachers that were there when I was a student. My actual kindergarten teacher still work there too. (in a different position though). That year, our local paper did a story on me and how I had come back to teach there. I taught there for only 2 years, but I LOVED it!
Apparently, I used to have time to scrapbook!

Be sure to link up and share your story too!
